New Cross Eyed Cricket designs
I like the America circular one, Summer, and Ps & Qs. That'll keep me busy! LOL Now to wait for a good sale. I ordered from the April Online Needlework Show from Cecilia's Sampler. I liked Sassy Cat from Tapis-Tree the best. I need to stitch more and shop less! ;)

New CEC mitten freebie
The mitten-mitten is here! I've started this and just finished stitching all the tiny mittens. This is the first of all the mittens I've stitched. A stitcher friend of mine has stitched them all, but is not aware of this one....yet! I hope to surprise her at our weekly show and tell that this one exists. I've printed out a copy of the freebie for her. I like that I can use a cute mitten fabric for the backing.
Next up is SanMan Originals' Gift of Giving Day 1 (a turkey). I have all the floss and I'm sure I can find fabric to stitch it on.

Cross Eyed Cricket Soft Boiled Ornaments...done!!
These were so much fun to stitch! These were quick, too. It really seems like spring will come. These were done on 20 ct fabric: sunflower, lilac, antique rose, lime green and daffodil. I swung by Joann Fabrics to get backing calico and I am very pleased with the choices I made. Surprisingly getting backing for sunflower (chick) was the easiest! The butterfly on lilac was the hardest; it's a very greyed hue.
